   WordPress version: 3.4.2
   WordPress SEO version: 1.2.8.7

   I did this: Never asked the pluguin to "Noindex subpages of archives"
   I have no checkmark there for noindex, neither do I have it anywhere else.

   I expected the plugin to do this: No to add a noindex in the header of the page.

   Instead it did this: For /page/2/ i get a:
   <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow"/>
   On http://www.dive.in/page/2/ etc, I get a unwanted noindex. Author pages - the only other place on my blog that also have /page/2/ etc - has no problem with noindex.

   For now I've solved it by removing the noindex part from the code in the plugins. Not optimal, I know, but at least it solved the problem for now.

   Could you elaborate on how you solved it an where to edit the code?

   I'm not a coding genius, although i can navigate in php.
