Unwanted links in my Code !!!

    Hi all, hope this messages finds you well.

    I run into a problem that I am not able to fix, please could someone offer some guidance: PLEASE??

    I was busy indexing my site when I came across the following code in my site that surely does not belong there. Just for the know I did deactivate all plugins and the code was still there. Here comes the Code:
