Help...
I am in the process of setting up my site. The Link widget in the sidebar keeps showing a link for a real estate agent in India!! I'm in NYC...not interested in moving to Bangalore.
I delete the link, and then a little while later it is back.
Anyone have a clue as to why and how I get rid of this?

You may have been hacked or are using a sponsored theme that keeps adding it back somehow.

The entire footer.php in that theme appears to be encoded/encrypted. I would bet based on that alone, that you should discard that theme immediately.

I'm having a similar issue with somethingbeautifulpodcast.com
The links showed up today and added 5 links into a blogroll category. I deleted them all - but one keeps coming back.
Check your page source for extraneous characters and/or links. Sounds like a hack. If your footer text also has extraneous text and/or links - do what Clayton suggested to the OP and get rid of the theme. Any theme that has ANY encoding or encryption in it isn't worth keeping.
