Unwanted "Custom" Category Designation

    I set up what I intend to be a “standard” category.

    I drag it into a menu. It’s shown as “Category”.

    I save the menu.

    The menu item I just added is now shown as “Custom” and it doesn’t work as intended in the menu itself.

    What’s going on here?
