Unresponsive support

    The ‘Pro’ version collapses if the images haven’t loaded. There is one support message on the Pro versions forum (ie not here) where the author says that this is the case, but doesn’t offer a solution.

    I think this is a bug pure and simple, and the slider should maintain height as the images load in the background.

    I put in a support query with the ‘Pro’ support site, but have not had a response (yet). Hopefully this will happen soon, and I will be able to increase my rating, as otherwise the slider is simple and effective.

    The above review is not accurate in my opinion. The Pro version has excellent support from the author. I’ve personally been helped by him more than once.

    I’m using the pro slider or the light version on probably 30 websites right now, and have zero issues.

    Awesome slider that works and has a boat load of features.
