   Hi all,

   I have recently ported my site from Xoops, no problem with the transfer there. One thing has raise it's ugly head though:

   Everywhere I had a ' character, I now have unrecognised characters, displayed as "?".

   I'm sure there's a simple solution, so if someone could point me the right way I'd be grateful.
