   Hi.
   I'm using WordPress as a CMS and am wondering how to unpublish a static page. I would rather not delete the page as it will be published again at some point.

   As far as I can tell WordPress 2 doesn't have this funcionality (with posts you can make them private/draft which serves the same purpose).
   Is there a plugin that could perform this function?

   I keep seeing this as a request.... and yet, it still is not an option in WP. I don't know why.

   It certainly would enhance the CMS-like funcionality of WordPress.

   Is strange as you can change the Post Status of a post from publish to draft but you can't do that with a Page.

   v2.1 which is right around the corner adds this feature
