mhamidchI have installed WP 3.0 on a local environment using apache webserver. The issue is that when i try to access "install plugins" and "install themes" pages on this local environment i am getting the following error:
An unknown error occured
This is the same message appearing on install themes page and install plugins page.
On the same machine i have access to my live environment which displays both pages without any issue and i have installed both themes and plugins on the remote site.
Can anyone help to sort out this issue as i have to configure this environment for development and testing purposes and i have no clue why this error is ocouring on local environment.
