Unknown password in wp user phpmyadmin

    Hello
    Unknown user password in wp_user phpmyadmin. The password keeps on regenerating its self however much i try resetting it, i cant login into wordpress admin.
    This is the user password [removed]

    I have tried resetting the password over and over and this not the fist time seeing this kind of password

    Help please help out with this
