Uninstall/Reinstall Homepage Problem (3 posts)

I was having issues with my old wordpress so I uninstalled it, got rid of everything, and then reinstalled it. The only problem is the homepage is still displaying my old posts and information that I thought would have been deleted. Now when I login to the admin section and make changes, they are reflected AS LONG AS I am logged in - so they are showing the correct information and new updated posts direct on my homepage. When I log out, and refresh my homepage, the new posts are sent to a different posts page (uncategorized), and the old posts and information is still there. It dosen't matter what kind of changes I make like changing my homepage to a static page - it just dosen't reflect when I'm not logged in. How can I resolve this? These old posts don't even show up in my admin section under posts so I can't delete them! So frustrating. Please help!

Are you using the same database or a new one?

Clear your browser cache by pressing Ctrl+F5 and try again.

Hi - I'm using a new database. Clearing the browser cache doesn't seem to work either :(
