Unfiltered MU and WPMU 2.7.1

Just a note to say that activating this plugin using the new 2.7.1 site-wide plugin activating feature, breaks the site. It only works when activated on a blog-by-blog basis. Any chance of an update? Is it something to do with the new nonce requirements?
