I am running 2.5.1 and rather suddenly, there is a sentence at the beginning and end of every single page and post. Since I use the plugin WP_headNfoot and had just upgraded. I started by deactivating that. No change. Cleared my cache and tried again. I checked out the database using PHPadmin and couldn't find the text there. Checked my theme files, no luck finding the offending code.
I'm not a programmer, but I've been using wordpress successfully for several years and through a number of problems, but I'm stumped. You can visit http://aboutcambria.com to see the problem. My rss feeds all start with the identical sentence as well.
Other plugins I'm using that have been updated or added in the past week or so are include WP-Super-Cache, outbrain, buy-me-a-beer, sponsor me and subscribe to comments.

Posted 3 years ago #Perhaps you fixed it by removing the headNfoot plugin, but the cache plugin is still showing the old files? You could try clearing the cache.
I took a look at the site, but I must be missing it.
