    Hi Eric,

The backup is 31MB. It may be having problems sending it via email with it been so big.
Does download and manual always work?

Manual works about 50% of the time, but sometimes it times out, sometimes it does not complete the backup. We can receive emails up to 100MB.

    Hi Eric,

It's not so much able to receive 100mb, it's the fact of is there enough php memory to be able to send that amount. You appear to have 99mb memory for php on your host and the backup is 31mb. It may be that sometimes there isn't enough memory available to send the backup but other times there is - it does use a lot of memory to encode the backup into email format.

If you reduce the size of the backup by excluding some unrequired data it will most likely start working every time. Say, reduce to 25mb.

    Jason
