Undoing Style Switcher

    Style Switcher is a really fun and cool plugin.
    However, I’m fairly new to this and would like to experiment with more stuff before deciding what template to use.
    But with the style switcher, I’m not able to do it.
    So can anyone enlighten me on how to remove the style switcher?
    I’ve tried to ‘backtrack’ from the Style Switcher Readme. However, due to my lack of knowledge, though I managed to remove the style switcher, my site was “template-less”.
    Help anyone?

    @import url( <?php echo get_settings('siteurl'); ?>/wp-layout.css );
    </style>
    Should be in index.php
    and wp-layout.css should be in the same directory
