I went into our website and made a couple of changes. All was perfect. Then I saw the Update to 3.4 highlighted and i clicked on it. Now we have a white screen. Is there any way I can fix this??? The guy that originally set up the website is out of the state for a couple of WEEEKS, so i'm not sure about being able to get into the control panel of the host. Any advice? http://www.villagevet.biz

I also can no longer get into the admin panel...this is what i get:

    http://villagevet.biz/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fvillagevet.biz%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

That redirect is normal & expected behaviour for a /wp-admin login. Try:
    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.

    - running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
