   Hello. I have a problem... my website keeps saying

   This Site Is Under Maintenance. Be Back Soon!

   I have tried re-uploading wordpress (Like... if I was manually updating) and the message is still there. It doesn't show if I am logged in... but anyone not logged in cant see it. Help?!

   Delete the .maintenance file in your wordpress root folder using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

   Check that whatever software you are using is configured to show all files. Any file that starts with '.' may be hidden by default.

   Then how do I get rid of it??? because I have wordpress installed! and I can view me wordpress website when I am logged in

    You need to speak to your hosts. I'm not even 100% sure that's a web page in the usual sense of the name.
