    I update to 3.9 but my page has a plugin under construction, now I can not acces the back end even myself as an admin, my guess is due to under construccion plugin does not support 3.9, so how can I get to my admin page to change the plugin?

    can’t go that route because the under construction plugin does not let me see access my admin dashboard, so i can not install, uninstall, change or anything related to plugins

    You will have to use FTP or a File Manager in your hosting’s control panel to delete the offending plugin’s directory, which is found in /wp-contents/plugins/

    Then you can login, assuming you guessed right about which plugin is to blame.

    thank you, that was the solution, and yes as i suspected, the under construction plugin does not support 3.9
