Just did a fresh install and im getting this in the back end under page attributes. Any help is appreciated.
Undefined index: in \wp-admin\includes\theme.php

Try re-uploading all files & folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

It went away after a few page refreshes. Dont know if that is good or bad, but it worked. I will try the re-upload if it comes back
