• I’m developing an Intranet site on an in-house CentOS box.
    I’m running PHP 5.3.3 & MySQL 5.1.61.
I’m using Gravity Forms 1.7.6 and GF Directory & Addons 3.4.1. And I’m not making use of any caching plugins.

With that said, I’ve noticed that with this plugin activated, Debug Bar reports the following error on every page of the admin section:

NOTICE: wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/admin.php:87 - Undefined index: page

I didn’t think too much of it at first since everything seemed to be working. Well, I just discovered yesterday afternoon that’s not the case.

While this plugin is activated, when I attempt to ‘resend notifications’ in the Entries section of a form, it starts the process but never finishes… displays “Resending” w/ a spinner… and never completes. However, as soon as I deactivate this plugin and attempt the same process, it completes quickly w/o any issue.

Could I get a little help figuring out what’s causing that Notice and this odd behavior?
