Undefined index and Undefined offset messages

    Could you fix the code in the new version so the following warning messages disappear?

    Notice: Undefined index: keep in /.../wp-content/plugins/custom-menu-wizard/custom-menu-wizard.php on line 481

Notice: Undefined offset: 32 in /.../wp-content/plugins/custom-menu-wizard/custom-menu-wizard.php on line 490

    (I display here a single branch of multi-level menu)
