undefined function add_theme_support (1 post)

    I tried to upload a theme call AllTuts from Site5. It's showing me below error when I'm trying to preview of activate it. Other themes are working fine.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in C:\wamp\www\...\wp-content\themes\alltuts\functions.php on line 41
