Uncloseable Sign Up POP UP

Hi guys! Is there a plugin for a popup for specific pages where users will be prompted with a signup page and can only access the page contents after submitting the form?

The background would be darkened and unaccesible until the user signs up. The user will not have to signup anymore/ no more popups after they have submittes the form.

Are there plugins which do this?
