   TERRIBLE setup directions. I eventually figured it out. Once you are on https://developers.facebook.com/apps At the top it says register as a developer (even though you just want to use the plugin) accept the terms and fill out the form best you can. Should be easier from there.

   rflannoaa: But how can you fill out the registration form if you don't have a texting plan with your cell phone? Or are we just out of luck?
