I used to have an issue including custom post types, which seems to have been resolved... but now I can't exclude ones I don't want in my sitemap!

I have three custom post types: Cities, Languages, and Testimonials.

In the GXMLS plugin settings, I Have Cities and Languages checked, and testimonials unchecked. No matter how many times I update the options, rebuild the sitemap, etc., I can't seem to get it to not index the Testimonials post type.

    If it makes any difference:
    - has_archive, hierarchical, publicly_queryable, and query_var are set true for city and language, false for testimonial.
    - I have rewrite set to a unique slug for city and language, and false for testimonial. (For what it's worth, the rewrite URLs in the sitemap follow this convention--city and language are /city/whatever, /languages/whatever, and testimonials are indexed as /?post_type=testimonial&p=2925)

What is causing this issue, and how can I work around it?
