Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

I’ve got this error from the JS console and it is in reason of the fact $.browser is deprecated since jQuery version 1.3 and removed since version 1.9 can anyone please update the JS inside the plugin to have complete compatibility or set a solution to let the plugin properly work?
