Unaligned Rows Due to Varying Row Heights

I’ve created a table w/20+ features + 4 packages. With the exception of the first row, the rest of the rows do not line up across the 5 columns of the table.

Is there a way to adjust the row alignment or a way to make the height of each row uniform across columns?
