   I don't know how did this happen but when I go to the 'add new plugin' page and try install a new plugin either from my hard disk or from the WordPress plugins directory it show a message that "plugin installation failed" and "Couldn't create a WORDPRESS_PATH/wp-content/upgrade/PLUGIN_NAME.
   I don't know why the installation process is going towards the wrong folder and the worst is that I can't even delete this "upgrade" folder from wp-content.
   Anybody else encountering this sort of problem? Due to this I am also unable to update any plugins as well.
