   I am unable to upload a photo into a post. When I go to upload this error message pops up: Unable to create directory ..../wp-content/uploads/2010/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

   What am I doing wrong?!

   Hi,

   Assign 755 recursive permissions to wp-content folder of your blog which will resolve the issue.
