Unable to upload, or delete, images

Hi there,

I am running WordPress 3.9.1 and Weptile Image Slider 1.1.1.

Just tried to upload a new image to the Slider and every time I did so it never showed up. Read through some of the other forum posts so tried removing an image – this didn’t work. Have tried deactivating and reactivating it – also didn’t work.

Any ideas?
