Unable to Upload Files through WordPress Interface

Hi;

I have just installed WP 3.52 on a Suse Linux server (LAMP) and I cannot to Upload Files through WordPress Interface (plugins, medias, import, etc..). I have the following error message :

File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”

I Have verified my php.ini : max upload size = 20MB and file_uploads = “On” and FTP is working perfectly fine.

A idea on this problem ?
