Unable to upload

    When a customer of mine tries to upload files, upon clicking the upload link, we get the following error:

    It doesn’t look like you can use the file upload feature at this time because the directory you have specified (C:\\\\Sites\\\\Oosterhout\\\\htdocs/wp-content/uploads) doesn’t appear to be writable by WordPress. Check the permissions on the directory and for typos.

    How do I correct this ?

    To complete the above; Setup is running on a virtual Server 2003, running IIS 6 on an NTFS drive. The user running the site has been given all available rights (and is domain admin to top it off). PHP Version is 5.somewhat.
