   Hi,

   I backed up my wordpress site and database and tried to auto upgrade but getting a Fatal Error right after I hit the upgrade button.

   The error is:

   Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2348617 bytes) in /home/signatx6/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1033

   I see there a lot of people are having problems after they have upgraded, some sites have crashed and some trying to revert back to 2.7.1

   Should I be glad that my upgrade process failed and I got the error?
   Any idea of what the error means?
   Please advice.
