My site (evolvingsustainability.com) has several plugins that have updates available but I am unable to actually update any of them. When I try (whether individually or all selected at once) I get this error message:
"Download failed. Failed writing body"
I did some searching and found that people were resolving the issue by adding more space with their hosting companies (see here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-install-plugins-failed-writing-body?replies=6). As I was getting relatively low on storage space, I added 1GB with my host (AISO) and tried to update the plugins but it still didn't work.
Next, they said this:
"It looks like that error could be the write permissions. We updated your permissions on the wp-content folder down to the plug-in folders."
I tried it again and still got the same error message.
Any ideas what the problem might be or what I could ask my hosting company to try?
