   Everytime I have (over the last few months) tried to sign up to the announcement list nothing happens. I enter my email address, click the "Join" button and it submits to /list/ with a blank page. This is in IE7 and FF2. I have never received a message from the announcement list. With the recent complete fubar of 2.1.1 I want to get on this announcement list. Does this signup work for anyone else?

   Hmmm.Same problem here. I'll report it.
