   Hello,

   I am using wordpress 3.5.1.
   I am facing a error, like only a blck screen for mp4 video in all browsers. I am using player 5.
   Please help me.

   Hello ,
   Are you sure you encoded the video file correctly?
   What was the hana-flv-player short code you used?
   Please provide the full URL of the video file and I will test myself.
