Unable to save "show events search" option

    Hi,

    I try to set the option “Show Events Search” to ON under Settings-Pages-Event List.
    But when I save, it reverts instantly back to OFF. As such I am unable to have the search box appear in my events page.

    I have no problems saving any other settings.

    Using WP 3.9.1 and EM 5.5.3.1 (all most recent versions).
