Trying to retrieve my password for WordPress.org. (not this forum)
I click the link to send me my password and enter my WordPress
username, but a message never arrives in my inbox. So, I still
don't know what my password is.
I've looked all over and can't find a link to WordPress HelpDesk.
Do they have a Helpdesk?
I need my password to check my stats.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This form is part of wordpress.org
Your own is not.

If youre not getting the email that comes after going here:
http://sustaingreenpower.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
then youre having email issues. I JUST registered on that blog, and got the email with the password. And I just went through the lost password and got an email. I just clicked the "send me a new password" link and got the email.
The emails from that site are being sent just fine. Is that the site in question?

Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate the effort.
The first line of my post said: "Trying to retrieve my password for WordPress.org."
I realize my own blog is not part of WordPress.org.
I am referring to the URL
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
that asks for my WordPress.ORG username and password. My username
tommylinsley is recognized and an email is supposed to be sent to my email address. I don't honestly recall which address is associated with
my username, but I check all of my email addresses and don't seem to
find the password email. Perhaps I've overlooked the message. It may
help to have WordPress.ORG tell me what email is registered for me.
That way I could narrow my search for the new password.

actually, no it doesnt. its ask for your wordpress.com login info.
thats why that url ends with .com and NOT .org
theyre 2 different web sites, and no-one at this forum can help you with issues you are experiencing over there.
