First off, I'd like to say that WP-Members is an amazing plugin and after I installed it and checked out its features, I realized that this was everything that I would need and more!

I installed wp-members on my wordpress 3.5.1 installation, but can't get the registration or login to work:

    http://julianpadams.com/sign-in/

I used the shortcode to create the registration area and configured the settings in the admin area, but upon attempting to register it just posts-back to the same page, doing nothing.

First I disabled all plugins and re-activated wp-members only. When that didn't work, I disabled it, changed to twenty-twelve theme, and enabled it, but still nothing. I then uninstalled it and re-installed it, same result. After that I uninstalled it, renamed the folder, downloaded/activated the 2.8.4 BETA version, but still nothing.

I checked the source code of the rendered page and saw that the form action has the same slug as the calling page (/sign-in/), is that correct? No other plugins are enabled, messing with headers to affect the shortcode's functions, so I'm a little lost. Not sure what else to try. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

That is indeed very strange. Something is interfering with the passing of the form data (which includes the action parameter to tell the plugin what it is doing). Since even clicking submit without any form data does not result in an error message, something is in the way.

The strange thing is that you indicated you deactivated all plugins and tired the default theme. So here is a question - at any point did you have a cache plugin? IF that is the problem (which it may or may not be), it could be possible that even without the cache plugin turned on, you are serving a cached page. Not sure on that - just a thought.

I had installed WordPress using Godaddy's auto-installer, so I went ahead and re-installed the whole thing manually. It's working now. Thanks for your help.
