   Hi when I try to preview posts I get a 404 not found error. I don't know why. My blog URL is different from the wordpress URL, I don't know if this has anything got to do with it.

   Also previously I found 2 "wysiwyg" followed by a stream of numbers then followed by a ".php" file in my file manager. i deleted those. Has those got anything to do with it?

   My blog URL is different from the wordpress URL

   unless you have wordpress set up specifically to run in it's own directory - the 2 url's must be the same and a real location. Then reset your permalinks.
