   UNABLE TO OPEN http://localhost:26731

   I am (for the first time) attepmting to buid a website. I have downloaded WORDPRES to my lap-top. I havwe gone thru the WEB PLATFORM INSTALLER , set up my database etc. I was given the above link but get the above message.

   Any idead anyone?
