Hi Guys,
I recently updated my WordPress site from 3.3 to 3.3.1 and the Mystique theme to 3.2.6.
In "Edit Article" view I click on "Load/Insert <media icon>" and I click on "Gallery" tab or in "Media Library" tab, WordPress show me all the images but I can't view any details and the insert button because when I click on "Show" (on the image "Visualizza" - italian language) I can see only "Hidden" link, anything else.

Can you provide some advice to resolve this problem?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Ok, I found the guilty: a plugin called ContactForm.
Thank you! Now I can work to resolve this problem.
