Unable to Map fields, fields don't show in admin

    Hi there,

    I’m encountering an odd issue.

    I just downloaded and installed your Plugin via “NEW” plugin search on my self Hosted WP site.

    I have activated the plugin and gone to import. I keep getting an error that says I have to map fields. Now this is puzzling to me because I see only one drop down and if I choose one, it still gives me an error.

    So I searched the forums here and I see that I’m actually supposed to be seeing a bunch of fields to select to map from, which I don’t see.

    I have tried to use Firefox 16.0.2, Chrome 23.0.1271.64 m and IE 8 and I can’t for the life of me see anything but one single drop down.

    Is the plugin broken? I am not sure what to do.
