Unable to manage network options

    After upgrading to 3.1 I have lost access to network administration in my WP installation. The link is gone. If I try to access by typing domain.com/wp-admin/network.php I get this message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to manage options for this site.”

    Any ideas on how to solve this?

    BTW, I have also lost access to my plugins, even if I am logged-in as the super admin.
