   Good evening,

   I have WordPress through a site hosted by hostpapa.ca. The site is capitalregionfootball.info, the blog is simply capitalregionfootball.info/blog

   A few nights ago, I suddenly lost the ability to log in. I normally use the "remember me" function but this time I was asked to log in. I attempted to and using the password I've used for almost five years now didn't work. Attempting to reset the password doesn't work either because WordPress doesn't recognize any of the e-mail address I enter.

   If all I need is a password reset, I can be reached at webmaster@capitalregionfootball.info

   FYI, I had found that page, but did not initially think it was helpful. The first two methods did not apply to my problem. Frankly, I didn't understand the third, and the (fourth) phpMyAdmin option specifies "If you doubt your ability to use it, seek further advice."

   I doubted, and sought advice. However, I gave it a try anyway and it seems to have worked.

   Good to hear. None of this is rocket surgery. It just takes a measured approach. There is always an answer.
