Unable to log into my blog/dashboard

So i am unable to log onto my account. it redirects me to a different screen than WordPress and says “www.alexisreianneblog.com wp login.php redirect to http 3A 2F 2Falexisreianne.com 2Fwp admin 2F reauth 1” in the search box when it sends me there.

If you go to my actual blog it’s not showing my background or anything else, but all the links are there.
