I'm doing a bit of work on someone's website but I haven't been able to log into the Dashboard no matter how many times I try (log-in page: http://alizesmarketing.com/wp-admin). The owner is able to log in and when I asked a friend to log in they were able to, but I can't and I'm stuck at a dead end.
When I enter the log-in information and click the log in button, this is what happens:
- The log-in page refreshes and the user name in the user name field remains and the password disappears from the password field.
- There is no error that pops up saying that the username and/or password is wrong.
- The page refuses to log me in and there is no other error message that appears.
Solutions I've tried already that don't work:
- Using a different log-in (username and password)
- Logging in using a different browser
- Refreshing the log-in page several times and re-entering the log-in information
- Waiting a few hours and attempting to log in again
Can anyone please provide insight and help? Are there any other solutions I can try? It's urgent that I gain access to the Dashboard so I can get the work done. Thanks!
