   I've been unable to log into http://poponthepop.com/wp-admin and my site (http://poponthepop.com) has been down for hours at a time for the past few days.

   Is this a wordpress problem? I don't think it's connected to my host or server and I've been cussing them out over this.

   PLEASE help me!! =(

   This appears to be related to your host. If it were a database or file problem, you'd get an error or a 404.
