Unable to log in Myphpadmin/wp admin

    I am having some dramas after my server was hacked recently and I have manged to gain access again to Cpanel I am also unable to access the MyphpAdmin as well. However my problem is the Wp logins.
    I am unable to log in to the wordpress admin and I am told “incorrect username” I know I have the correct username but something is wrong there some where.
    Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to find the solution, it would be much appreciated

    You can find the correct name in the database, wp-users.

    I also have someone else as a user who is not me and I am unable to change user How do I get rid of this scumbag once and for all

    You can delete them from the database.

    Since I wrote there have been other discoveries. I have no longer any Super admin and cannot access any of my network. Some plugins still show as being there but I there is no access to to them. My google adsense/Amazon affiliate ID have been removed and there is no way I can see to restore them …it’s almost like part of the plugin is missing.
    I have been thinking of a total delete and complete remake of all sites involved…lol
    I would appreciate any help but also need some instructions
