I was in the process of adding a directory for my music website TOWERMIX. You can visit it here http://towermix.com/home/
I was adding the WP-Directory-List (Author: Billie Kennedy) and suddenly an error occurred. I de-activated the plug-in, and deleted. An error continued to be listed at the top of my website. I logged out and tried to log in again and it would not allow me to sign in.
What can I do to fix this issue? It will not allow me to log in.
Try looking for and removing the folder (providing there's nothing in there you need):
/wp-content/plugins/__MACOSX

Am I able to access this folder since I am unable to log in?
You need to do this via an FTP program or via your hosts Control Panel

I am using MediaTemple as my host. I am not sure where to locate this folder when logging into MediaTemple.
Find something called a control panel, then find something called a file manager inside your control panel, and you should be able to navigate to the folder I suggested.
You must know how to do this or use FTP if you installed WordPress? Unless your host auto installed it I guess...
