   Unable to locate WordPress Root directory. Installation failed

   My wordpress address is;

   I am trying to automatically upgrade from 2.8.1 to 2.9.2

   I tried to follow the instructions but I flopped. Manual installation is beyond my abilities.

   I forgot to mention after I followed the instructions I had errors so I restored from backup.

   Tried again and got;

   You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-admin/ on this server.
   Then I tried to direct it to the upgrade.php and that was not there either.
